Rush cases are accepted Monday through Friday, with processing hours from 9am to 5pm MST. Please note that for rush cases submitted after 4pm daily, the rush window will commence on the following business day.

Personal policy traces will receive results within 2-4 business days, including the day it was submitted.

Commercial Auto

Commercial policy traces will receive results within 4-6 business days, including the day it was submitted.

Umbrella

Umbrella traces are conducted within the applicable personal/commercial time period of 2-6 business days

Policy Existence

Policy existence traces may require lengthy research and due dilligence to ensure accuracy. Expect results within 10 -15 business days.

We are proud to announce we are offering rush traces to our valued clients for both personal and commercial cases. Our rush traces are prioritized ahead of standard requests, with results able to be obtained in as little as a few hours.
