FAQ

  • When are live representatives available?
    AlphaTrace representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM MST. We encourage our clients to either email us at contact@alphatracer.com or call (208) 420-1645 for immediate answers to any questions.
  • What if my results are found to be incorrect?
    In the rare event that either policy limits, umbrella, or insurance carrier are proven to be inaccurate, AlphaTrace will issue a full refund to your firm with no questions asked.
  • What is the standard processing time of a case request?
    Typically, as long as the information submitted to AlphaTrace at the initial time of your request is complete and accurate, we will be able to obtain and send results within 2-3 business days. While there can be circumstances in which this timeframe is prolonged, we will communicate any such circumstances with your firm prior to the case deadline.
  • Do you work with all insurance carriers?
    Currently, we do not conduct research on individuals or entities indicated to be insured with USAA. However, we do accept requests involving all other insurance carriers. We encourage you to check back periodically as this list may undergo frequent updates.
  • Will I be charged if I cancel my case request?
    Cancellation of cases within 24 hours is free of charge, provided that results have not been emailed to you or your firm. In the event that a cancellation request is received after the initial 24-hour window and research has already commenced, a fee of forty-five dollars ($45) may be assessed.
  • Is there a charge for inconclusive findings?
    If we are unable to successfully complete your request, there is absolutely no charge to you or your law firm.
  • How are results delivered?
    After successful completion and verification of a policy trace, the results will be promptly emailed to the primary contact listed on the request form, unless specified otherwise.
