2. Refund Request Process:

   • 2.1. To initiate a refund request, you must contact AlphaTrace Research within thirty (60) days from the date of receiving the research results.

   • 2.2. Please provide detailed information and supporting documentation that clearly demonstrates the discrepancies or inaccuracies in the research results.

   • 2.3. AlphaTrace Research will review the refund request, investigate the matter, and assess the validity of the claim.

   • 2.4. If the refund request is approved, AlphaTrace Research will issue a refund for the charges associated with the incorrect research results within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Exclusions:

   • 3.1. This refund policy only applies to cases where the research results are proven to be incorrect or contain significant inaccuracies.

   • 3.2. Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

     • a. Cases where the inaccuracies are minor or inconsequential to the overall research outcome.

     • b. Instances where the User provided inaccurate or incomplete information that contributed to the incorrect results.
